Sheet Metal Supervisor

Connect 4 Aviation has an exciting new permanent opportunity for an Aircraft Sheet Metal supervisor/ Lead Sheet Metal Worker in the Middle East.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established aviation maintenance organisation. The successful applicant will be performing aircraft structural maintenance work, including repairs, modifications, inspections, replacements and defect rectification and supervising/ certifying repairs.

Role Overview –
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing, supervising and certifying aircraft structural maintenance tasks in line with approved maintenance data, regulatory requirements and internal maintenance procedures.

This role would suit an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Engineer with strong aircraft structures experience, ideally with previous certifying or supervisory responsibility.

Requirements –
• Strong aircraft sheet metal / structural maintenance experience.
• Aircraft maintenance engineering qualification, structural/airframe discipline, or equivalent technical qualification.
• OEM or equivalent certification for sheet metal parts is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ aircraft structures experience preferred.
• Previous certifying or supervisory experience would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, repairs, modifications and maintenance data.
• Ability to supervise technical teams and maintain high standards in an operational environment.
• Good communication, coordination and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible and able to work rostered shifts based on operational requirements.
